How do I value stock options or RSUs?▾
Enter the annual vest value of your RSUs or the estimated annual value of your stock options. For RSUs, divide your total grant value by the vesting period. For options, estimate based on current stock price minus strike price.

PTO value is calculated by multiplying your daily pay rate (annual salary / 260 work days) by the number of PTO days offered. This converts time off into a dollar value for fair comparison.
